ProjectMatch is a homeowner matching service and does not itself provide renovation or contracting services. Any contractor or service provider matched through the service operates independently.

We review homeowner project requests and, where coverage is available, introduce the homeowner to an independent renovation contractor or service provider who may provide a quote. We do not guarantee that a match will be available in every area.

You agree to provide accurate information about your own project and to use the site only for lawful purposes. You must be the property owner or otherwise authorized to request work on the property to proceed with a project.

Any contractor or service provider you are introduced to operates independently. We do not perform renovation work, supervise the work, set pricing, or act as a party to any agreement you enter into with a contractor. Any contract, quote, warranty or dispute is between you and that business.

Submitting a request is free for homeowners and creates no obligation to proceed with a quote or a project.
